Before you select Resend PIN
Check the exact date of the previous mailing. Google only allows a new PIN request after three weeks. Then review whether the address in the payment profile is both accurate and capable of receiving international standard mail.
- Confirm you are signed into the correct AdSense payment account.
- Check that any required identity verification is complete.
- Review spelling, address lines, city or district and postal information.
- Confirm that someone can receive or collect ordinary mail at the location.
- Record the original PIN generation date and the four-month deadline.

Replacement PIN steps
Use the account connected to the affected website or YouTube channel.
Select Payments and then Verification check.
If Google opens an address dialog, verify the real delivery details. Update only information that is incorrect.
Save the confirmation and record the date. Expect international standard mail, not a tracked courier.
Does every replacement have a new number?
No. Google generates one unique six-digit PIN for the account, and replacement envelopes contain a duplicate. If an earlier envelope arrives after a later request, you can use the PIN inside it. You do not need to wait for the newest envelope.
This is useful in slower postal systems: several envelopes may arrive out of order, but the number remains usable as long as the account’s verification process is still active.
What if you changed the address?
An envelope already sent will not automatically move to the new address. Google’s troubleshooting guidance says to wait three weeks from the last mailing date and then request another PIN to the updated payment address.
Before doing that, verify the new address against Google’s standard: it should be a real home or work address that can receive international standard mail. Read our payment-address preparation guide.

Can you request the PIN by email or courier?
Google’s standard published process is physical international mail. It does not provide tracking for the PIN envelope. Do not pay a third party claiming it can email the PIN, access Google’s internal system, or guarantee a private courier delivery.
What happens after the fourth replacement?
If the fourth replacement still has not arrived, wait another three weeks and then use Google’s PIN troubleshooter. It is a signed-in workflow that checks the account’s status and shows the appropriate next step.
Do not describe the next stage as guaranteed “manual verification.” Some accounts may receive an alternate route, but Google controls which option appears. Organize truthful records and follow the prompt presented to your account.
