Fourth AdSense PIN still not received?

After the fourth replacement has been missing for another three weeks, stop repeating the same request cycle and use Google’s signed-in PIN troubleshooter.

Direct answer

Open Google’s official PIN troubleshooter while signed into the affected account. It will use your account status to determine the next available step. Alternate verification is not guaranteed.

Make sure you have reached the correct stage

Google’s sequence is specific: request the fourth replacement PIN, then wait three weeks. If that envelope still has not arrived, use the PIN troubleshooter. Count from the mailing date shown in Verification check, not from memory.

If you have made fewer requests or the latest request is less than three weeks old, the troubleshooter may direct you back to the waiting or replacement stage.

How to use the official troubleshooter

  1. Sign into the Google account connected to the affected AdSense payment account.
  2. Open the AdSense PIN troubleshooter.
  3. Answer each status question accurately.
  4. Follow the next step Google displays for that account.
  5. Save confirmation records for any form or information you submit.
The troubleshooter is personalized. A screenshot from someone else’s account does not prove that you will receive the same option. Location, verification status and account history may change the route.

What to prepare before escalation

Google may not request every item below. Preparing them simply helps you understand and describe your real situation without scrambling:

  • The exact payment name and address currently shown in the account.
  • The original PIN generation date.
  • The date of every replacement request.
  • Screenshots of Payments → Verification check, with sensitive information protected.
  • A note explaining whether ordinary international letters can reach the address.
  • Unaltered identity or address records only if Google explicitly asks for them.

Never email identity documents to an address supplied by a stranger. Use the secure account prompt or official Google form presented through the signed-in workflow.

Is “manual verification” guaranteed?

No. The phrase is widely used in tutorials, but Google’s public instruction is to use the PIN troubleshooter. The account may present an additional verification route, a contact option, more waiting, or another requirement. Only Google can make that decision.

High-risk claim: anyone promising guaranteed approval, an internal Google contact or a verification bypass is misrepresenting their control. Do not pay for fabricated documents or submit false address information.

What if the troubleshooter does not show a contact form?

Recheck that you are signed into the correct account and that the fourth-replacement waiting period is complete. Then follow the status shown under Payments → Verification check. Public help pages cannot override an in-account restriction.

You may also use Google’s AdSense Help community for general guidance, but do not post private documents, publisher IDs, payment details or PIN information publicly.

Do not lose sight of the four-month deadline

Google gives publishers four months from PIN generation to complete address verification. For AdSense sites, ads can stop showing after the deadline. YouTube’s help documentation says monetization is affected if address verification remains incomplete.

If the deadline has already passed, use our ads-stopped recovery guide. The goal is to resolve the address requirement, not to create another AdSense account.

Escalation record checklist

  • Fourth replacement request date confirmed.
  • Three full weeks elapsed afterward.
  • Payment address reviewed for standard-mail delivery.
  • Official troubleshooter opened while signed into the correct account.
  • Only truthful, unaltered information prepared.
  • Four-month deadline recorded.
